Welcome to Aqua Range. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Aqua Range throughout these Terms. Browsing our site, viewing our products, or placing an order means you accept these Terms of Service along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

1. Who Can Order

By using this site, you're confirming that:

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Prices are shown in the applicable currency and may change without notice. Placing an order confirms that your payment method is valid and authorized, and that you're responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that apply.

5. Shipping

Delivery windows are estimates. Delays can happen because of courier scheduling, weather, customs, high order volume, or other factors outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy governs all returns and refunds — please read it before ordering.

7. Water Safety Notice

The Aqua Range lounger is a motorized recreational product. By purchasing or using it, you agree that:

  • It is not a lifesaving or safety device of any kind.
  • It's built for calm, controlled water conditions only — not open water, currents, or rough conditions.
  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while it's in use.
  • You are responsible for following local water safety rules, boating regulations, and any laws that apply where you use it.
  • You accept full responsibility for operating the motorized components safely, including keeping clear of swimmers, checking the unit before use, and stopping use if anything seems faulty.
  • Aqua Range is not liable for injury, accident, or damage arising from misuse, negligence, or ignoring these guidelines.

Always use caution and good judgment around water, and never use the product while impaired.

8. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — logos, photos, videos, product designs, graphics, copy, and branding — belongs to Aqua Range and can't be copied, reused, or redistributed without our written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

Please don't:

  • Use the site for anything unlawful.
  • Try to hack, disrupt, or interfere with how it runs.
  • Submit information you know is false.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools against the site.
  • Infringe on anyone's intellectual property.

To the fullest extent the law permits, Aqua Range isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages tied to using our site or products, delivery delays, lost profits, data loss, product misuse, or water-related incidents. Our total liability in any case is capped at what you paid for the product.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.
